Preschool Swim Lessons For children ages 3-5 years. Swimmers learn to become more comfortable and safe in the water while acquiring strength, endurance and coordination. All lessons are held at the Cameron Aquatic Center.

School Age Swim Lessons For children ages 6-12 years. Swimmers are involved in activities relating to personal safety and stroke development. All lessons are held at the Cameron Aquatic Center.

Class Description Polliwog/Guppy: For those experienced in the water. Teaches swimming on front, back and side with rotary breathing while increasing endurance. Minnow/Fish: For those who are able to swim 25 yards on front and back. Teaches butterfly, breastroke, open turns and improves other strokes.
