BODY BLAST A series of strength training movements that work multiple muscle groups and sculpts your entire body.
BOX BOOTCAMP A fun and athletic drill and cardio class, for GUYS and GALS. The cardio kickboxing segments include punches and kicks of different combinations that utilize both upper and lower body muscles.
PI YO A combination of Yoga and Pilates performed in a fluid motion standing or in seated poses. The benefits are to restore energy, provide strength and flexibility, stress reduction and improved posture.
STEP AEROBICS A beginning class with step aerobic patterns for a fun and challenging aerobic workout.

Group Fitness Evaluations Fitness Evaluations are held quarterly and measure resting heart rate, blood pressure, bodyfat, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance.
